A little about me. I used to live in Cairns, Australia thats a town located along a stretch of the Great Barrier Reef. A great place to live, to say the least. I now currently residing in Sylling outside of Drammen, Norway. What do I do for a living? ...well I am a Horticulturist (Glorified Gardener) , so I am a bit of a plant buff. Need any help with plant problems give me a email and I will do my utmost to help you out.

How did I come to live in Norway? I had been surfing the net for about 3 years totally oblivious to a media of communication called Internet Chat Relay (IRC) It is one of the coolest way to meet people, chat and generally have a good time. I started out just a few hours per day ...a little confused about it all ..seemed cool, but some of it a little hard to grasp, so I took a week's annual leave from work to get a better idea about it all (yes I did have a few weeks of holiday owing) after the first 30 hours straight online I caught the bug and spent 900 hours online for my first three months on IRC ..strange some things never seem to change much, still there chatting now and then. Its very Addictive hence channels like #IRCAddicts. Try #Beginner for a good time.
